Robert Webb is President of LawnMasterNC. But that doesn’t mean he sits in his office, that he isn’t out on the job every day, at projects around the Triangle. Robert defines the hands-on approach to management. “If you can’t get out and work with the team from time to time, you aren’t leading the way, setting the pace. I’ve always felt that we get the best work done for our clients when we work together—and that’s what we do.” A graduate of UNC-CH with a degree in History, Webb went into landscaping 25 years ago, “learning the business from the ground up”, he says.

Raleigh native Kathy Hancock is Robert’s “right-hand woman”, administrating Crew Schedules and Projects on a daily basis, making adjustments as weather conditions or other circumstances require. She studied Office Technology at Wake Tech and has over 15 years’ experience in the plant industry. As the “go-to person” at LawnMasterNC, Kathy keeps things moving at a brisk, efficient pace. “One thing I’ve learned here is that Robert takes every project personally; he treats every lawn as if it were his own.”

Romeo Pascual is in charge of maintaining team efficiency, making sure that the right people are on the right job, as well as quality control on all LMNC projects. With over 12 years experience in the landscaping business, he knows what to look for – and what to avoid – in keeping LMNC projects running smoothly. “Romeo works hard to keep things moving”, says Webb. “We are lucky to have him; he gives us great peace of mind.” Romeo adds that “My job is challenging, but it is really enjoyable seeing the end results of the effort we put into every project, big or small.”

The head Crew Chief at LawnMasterNC is Chris Pace. With over 20 years in the business, a Horticulture degree from Cape Fear Community College, Licensed Pesticide and Herbicide Applicator, Certification in Outdoor Lighting, Irrigation installation and Repair, Chris is well qualified to the meet the challenges your property may require. Among all his duties, Chris says “my most important responsibility is ensuring that everything is to LawnMasterNC standards.”

The Production Manager Porfirio Martinez, (customers call him “P”) has been with LawnMasterNC for over 14 plus years! Like Robert, “P” treats every property as if it were his own. His pride in workmanship and attention to detail influences everyone at LawnMasterNC. With over two decades of experience, “P” always gets the job done with a smile and assures that the customer will be satisfied. Webb calls “P” the backbone of what we do and what we stand for. To say “P” goes above and beyond trivializes his value.
